In this course, learners demonstrate marketable skills called Professionalism and Work Ethic. Professionalism and Work Ethic in the 21st-century includes the ability to demonstrate personal accountability and effective work habits and understand the impact of non-verbal communication on professional work image. The learner demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior, acts responsibly with the interests of the larger community in mind, and is able to learn from his/her mistakes.

Learner Outcomes
By the end of the course, learners will demonstrate that they have Professionalism and Work Ethic skills for the 21st-century workplace. In order to demonstrate the skill, learners will exhibit the capacity to:

2. Understand the impact of non-verbal communication on professional work image
